NOTE: These directions apply to the 6.01 versions of:

  * Agilent VEE Pro
  * Agilent VEE Pro RunTime
  * Agilent VEE OneLab.


1.0 INSTRUCTIONS
----------------

1. Exit VEE and close any VEE help window that may be opened.  If you
   have the VEE Service Manager running, exit it also.

2. Copy or download the appropriate update program to your computer.

   * 601TO603VEEPRO.EXE to update Agilent VEE Pro 6.01
   * 601TO603VEERUN.EXE to update Agilent VEE Pro RunTime 6.01
   * 601TO603VEELAB.EXE to update Agilent VEE OneLab 6.01

3. Execute the appropriate update program to update the old version of VEE
   to the new version.

NOTE: The following situations require running the appropriate update
      program again:

      * Reinstalling your VEE 6.0/6.01 product.

      * Adding a component to your VEE 6.0/6.01 installation via the
        "Add/Remove Programs" control panel applet.

11528 Editing objects on panel (size, loc, etc) doesn't set Modified indicator
11642 VEE Runtime has problems w/some ActiveX controls (design mode should
      be false)
11821 Win 95/98 running VEE to VEE RPC as Server leaks memory / resources
11827 Floating point underflow not generated on number < 2.25E-308
11889 PC Execute with double-quoted program name with arguments fails to
      execute properly
13408 Serious error in Instrument Explorer changing Interface Type Properties
      on an Interface
13830 ActiveX method that returns an error is called again
13891 Memory leak if you load and delete a VEE library that uses an ActiveX
      Control
13904 program.vxe will not execute a second time when run in Vee (not VeeRun)
