VEE 3.11 - July? 1995

This release introduces support for VXI Plug and Play. VEE 3.1 was a very short lived release due to a high level of bugs. 3.11 and a quick 3.12 fixed those bugs and became a stable and reliable release.

HP700 - HPUX tarball- 87MB - unpack and place wherever you want

Windows 3.1 Runtime - Use these 4 files with the following instructions:
vwr311_1.exe , vwr311_2.exe , vwr311_3.exe , vwr311s.bat
Copy all 4 files to a empty directory on your PC hard disk.
Run that vwr311s.bat batch file, and it will create disk1, disk2, disk3 subdirectories, and extract the archives into those directories.
You may run the setup.exe program in the disk1 subdirectory to continue the installation on the current PC.
Or you may copy the contents of the disk1, disk2, disk3 subdirectories to floppy disks, to install on another PC.
