VEE 1.0 (A.00.00) - May 1991

The very first official release of VEE. This release offers two versions: VEE-engine and VEE-test. VEE-test is a superset of VEE-engine, adding instrument IO capability.

Available Options:
	filename  --  load specified program
	-iconic  --  start up in the iconic state
	-geometry --  set the initial window geometry
	-name <programName>  --  set the program's name
	-display <X server>  --  set the X windows server
	-d <directory>  --  set the install directory
	-r <filename>  --  load and run a program file
	-help  --  print this message
